Cathy and Lee Yount are a husband and wife team dedicated to producing artistic and unique photography that any customer would enjoy. We are both very passionate about the art of photography, and we'd like to say that this is illustrated in our work. We have over a decade of photography experience ranging from "growing up in a darkroom" all the way to college. Our studio is located in Newton, NC, but we've done weddings from Boone, NC all the way to Manteo, NC. We'll travel anywhere we can to cover a wedding. At each wedding, we are both present so that we can cover each and every imaginable vantage point. Lee's style is more candid and contemporary, enjoying capturing intimate, emotional moments as they unfold. Cathy's style is a mixture of classic Hollywood, fine art, and contemporary/fashion photography. Together, the combination of Cathy and Lee's styles produces a portfolio that will encompass any style for any client.
